Adil Ray of Good Morning Britain took the risk of offending his co-host Ranvir Singh by appearing very disappointed with his surprising new role.
The host couple headed up ITV’s daytime show this week as Susanna Reid takes a hiatus for a semester, but, with former Strictly Ranvir star defended by many fans on Monday after asking for answers to business secretary Paul Scully on why Boris Johnson never gives TV interviews.
But Ranvir can see her future away from heated political wrangling as she revealed on Wednesday’s show that she is starring in a new TV campaign to encourage children to eat more vegetables.
Ranvir’s acting debut sees her in a rather illustrious company, with Emma Thompson also among the stars entering the character of the ad campaign, as well as A manda Holden.
