Dragons’ Den Sara Davies is the latest Strictly contestant

Dragons’ Den star Sara Davies is the sixth and final famous contestant to be announced for the upcoming new Strictly Come Dancing series.

The 37-year-old entrepreneur and TV star will join the already revealed line-up of TV presenter AJ Odudu, Peep Showby Robert Webb and McFly star Tom Fletcher.

CBBC host Rhys Stephenson and the former Pastry shop winner John Whaite will also take to the BBC One show’s dance floor, with Whaite set to compete as part of the show’s first all-male couple.

She said: “My mom and dad are going to be so excited.

“I’m really nervous because until now the producers keep asking me if I can dance.

“To be honest, I have no idea!

“I haven’t danced since I took ballet lessons when I was little.

“The business world has taught me that tenacity, drive and determination work, I hope I can bring that to the dance floor.

“And I’m thrilled to see the impact of all those hours of training on my mom’s tummy!”

She is the youngest investor on the show.
