Could they be more obsessed? Friends featured a who’s who of A-List guest stars during its iconic run, but the show’s celebrity reach didn’t end there. In the years since it aired, stars from all arenas professed their love for the sitcom.

After years of speculation and reunion demand, HBO Max announced in February 2020 that the six core cast members would film an unscripted special that would drop in May of this year. However, the coronavirus pandemic delayed the event and it was finally created in May 2021.
Aniston, Cox, Kudrow, LeBlanc, Perry, and Schwimmer returned to the original soundstage where the show was filmed, Warner Bros. Stage 24. Studio. Kudrow also rejected the idea of returning to their roles. “That’s all at [creators] Marta [Kauffman] and David [Crane] and I heard them once say, and I totally agree, that they ended the show really well, everyone’s life is very good, ”she noted. “They would have to sort out all of this good stuff so that there are stories. I don’t want anyone’s happy ending to unfold.
